At The Tipsy Soul, your satisfaction matters most to us. While we work hard to deliver products you’ll love, we also offer a simple and transparent return process in case something isn’t quite right.

You can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered (as per courier tracking). This helps us assist you quickly and ensure the product remains in perfect condition.

To make sure your return is accepted smoothly, please ensure:

• Unused & Unwashed
  Your item should be fresh, unworn, and unwashed — free from any signs of use, fragrance, or wear.
• Tag Must Be Intact
  The original The Tipsy Soul tag should remain attached exactly as received. (Tags placed separately in the parcel cannot be accepted).
• Original Condition & Packaging
  Kindly return the product neatly folded, in its original packaging, without stains, dust, lint, or pet hair.

Before scheduling your return pickup, please share clear photos with us showing:

1. Front & back of the item.
2. The attached tag (close-up).
3. The item inside its original packaging.

This helps us approve your return faster and ensures a smooth pickup experience.

Just drop us an email or WhatsApp to initiate your return. Once confirmed, you can relax while we arrange the pickup.
(Please avoid sending items without approval, so we can track and support you better.)

Each item can be returned once per order ID. If you repurchase the same product later, that order will be final.

During pickup, our agent will quickly verify the product and click photos to match your submitted images.
This keeps the process smooth and transparent.

• Once your return reaches us, our quality team will check it within 2–3 business days.
• If approved, you’ll receive a full refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• You’ll also be updated by email at every step.

If your return doesn’t meet the policy, we’ll send the product back to you safely.

To keep things fair for all, repeated returns, used/worn products, or tampered tags may lead to restrictions on future orders.
